Nike "Joyride”

I served as the Compositing Supervisor for this joyful tribute to running comfort created for Nike. To showcase the innovative in-shoe bead technology, bouncing beads accompany a team of runners as they race around the urban landscape. We explored numerous iterations to determine how the beads would bounce and interact with each other and the surrounding objects throughout the film, utilizing Vellum in Houdini to achieve the final effect. Deep compositing within Nuke played a crucial role in seamlessly integrating the CG beads into the live-action footage. The result is a visual symphony of comfort, technology, and the exhilarating thrill of running, capturing the essence of Nike's innovative spirit and commitment to delivering unparalleled performance.
